Cold-FX reduces the frequency and severity of colds and flu by strengthening your immune system. It has received glowing recommendations within the health/medical and professional sports/fitness communities. Amazon prohibits URLs in product descriptions so you'll need to use your favorite search engine to find these documents: Health Canada has given the manufacturer permission to market COLD-FX as helping "to reduce the frequency, severity and duration of cold and flu symptoms by boosting the immune system." (Medical News Today article 64085). The University of California's UC Berkeley Wellness Letter called the clinical trials for COLD-FX "well designed " and mentioned "promising results ". The Center for Science in the Public Interest, in a medical review of 10 popular natural cold remedies, concluded that "...COLD-FX is the only remedy we found with any evidence that it might improve your chances of getting through the cold and flu season without coming down with something. They have an interesting article about an entire Canadian city reserving a supply of COLD-FX for their flu pandemic preparedness plan available online. It takes a couple of months of consistent usage to build-up your immune system to the full benefits of COLD-FX. And spring and summer colds can be the worst.
